Day 61: A Day at the beach in Croatia!! (July 14):

Today we take off to find another beach in Croatia – it is packed! Apparently, everyone else comes here too. The beach is filled with small, round rocks – but that doesn’t stop anyone from having a good time. We squeeze into a spot by a concrete dock lined with large boulders.
We all take turns jumping off the dock – boy is the water salty!

Everyone else jumped off. I admit I was pretty scared ‘cuz I do not like salt water in my face!! I GAG! I tanned for a while, then me and Ash walked back to the car to get some Euros. We got some and came back and Dad bought us some donuts. They were very bueno (good)! Later I was standing on the dock debating whether or not I should go in or not and Dallin pushed me in! Next to him was a 15-16 year old guy and he said, “Why did you push her in, she is a very beautiful woman.”
As the waves crash into the dock, they splash up against the concrete and spray straight up onto the people standing nearby. Sometimes you get a little spray and other times you are drenched, as if hit by a tidal wave. Tanner loves crawling to the beginning of the dock, grabbing a rock and crawling to the side of the dock and throwing the rock into the ocean. This keeps him busy for about 30 minutes.
Then we find a salt water swimming pool that we play in.  Someone comes in to teach water aerobics and as I do it, I look over to the edge of the pool and see Kennedi dancing away.
Later we started walking home and there was a totally nude woman!
We drive back to the hotel where they have a yummy restaurant. We eat pizza, lasagna, and I get chicken, cheese and ham smothered in a mushroom gravy. It was AMAZING! Definitely one of my top three meals of the entire trip!
Mom let us get ice cream and me, Dallin and Ashlynn went to pick our flavors. And when I said, “chocolate, please.” He’s like, “for such a nice, beautiful lady like you. Yes.” Two times in one day, SWEET!

Dad is still Tanner's favorite.
